The governing document for how our community makes decisions, elects leaders, and holds itself accountable. ንህዝብና ብኸመይ ውሳነታት ከምዝገብር፣ መራሕቲ ከምዝመርጽ፣ ተሓታትነት ከምዝህሉ ዝገልጽ ቀንዲ ሰነድ።

Mission ተልእኾ
To empower the Tigrayan community in Dallas and surrounding areas — all age groups, from children and youth to the elderly — building a united, vibrant, and interconnected community that preserves and celebrates our Tigrayan heritage. ንተጋሩ ማሕበረሰብ ኣብ ዳላስን ከባቢኡን ንምብርባር፣ ኩሎም ዕድመ ጉጅለታት ብሓባር ብምትእስሳር ክብርታትና ንምዕቃብ።
Vision ራኢ
A united and vibrant Tigrayan diaspora community in Dallas-Fort Worth — nurturing future leaders deeply connected to their heritage while contributing to the well-being of both DFW and Tigray. ሓድነትን ንጥፈትን ዘለዎ ማሕበረሰብ ተጋሩ ኣብ ዳላስ-ፎርት ወርዝ፣ ንመጻኢ መራሕቲ ብቐረባ ምስ ክብርታቶም ዝራኸቡ ንምድላው።
Membership Dues ክፍሊት ኣባልነት
Per Articles 7 and 8 of the bylaws. ብመሰረት ኣንቀጽ 7ን 8ን።
Annual membership ዓመታዊ ኣባልነት
Free for members under 18. Renewal window is Jan–Mar; unpaid dues after March 31 lapse automatically. 50% student discount available; hardship exceptions reviewed case-by-case by the Board. ን ትሕቲ 18 ዓመት ብነጻ። ናይ ምሕዳስ ግዜ ካብ ጥሪ ክሳብ መጋቢት እዩ።
Member Rights መሰላት ኣባል
What being a member actually entitles you to, per Article 8.3. ብመሰረት ኣንቀጽ 8.3 ዝወሃብ መሰላት ኣባል።
Vote & run for office ምድማጽን ምውዳድን
Vote for board members and other positions, run as a candidate, and serve if elected. ኣባላት ቦርድ ምምራጽ፣ ከም ሕጹይ ምስታፍ፣ ተመሪጽካ ምግልጋል።
Article 8.31Be heard ድምጽኻ ምስማዕ
Ask questions and receive answers without restriction at community meetings. ብዘይ ገደብ ሕቶ ምሕታትን ምላሽ ምርካብን።
Article 8.32Community support ደገፍ ማሕበረሰብ
Access support from the General Assembly or Board when you're facing difficulties. ካብ ጠቕላላ ኣኼባ ወይ ቦርድ ደገፍ ምርካብ።
Article 8.33Automatic renewal ብቐጻሊ ምሕዳስ
Membership renews each year, with a Jan–Mar grace period before it lapses. ኣባልነት ኩሉ ዓመት ይሕደስ፣ ካብ ጥሪ ክሳብ መጋቢት ናይ ጸግዒ ግዜ ኣለዎ።

How TCDFW is structured and led, per Articles 14, 16, and 21. ብመሰረት ኣንቀጽ 14፣ 16ን 21ን ኣወዳድባ TCDFW።
Board of Governors ቦርድ ኣመሓደርቲ
Recommended size; never fewer than 5. Elected every 2 years, serving staggered 4-year terms. ዝተመኽረ ቁጽሪ፣ ኩሉ 2 ዓመት ይምረጽ።
Executive Committee ፈጻሚ ኮሚቴ
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Accountant — runs day-to-day operations. ፕረሲደንት፣ ምክትል፣ ጸሓፊ፣ ገንዘብ ያዥን ሕሳብ ያዥን።
Election Committee ኮሚቴ ምርጫ
Independent body overseeing every election, from nominations to certified results. ናጻ ኣካል ዘመሓድር ናይ ምርጫ መስርሕ።
